Strip Brushes

Strip brushes have a multitude of uses within industry including automotive, truck and coach building, printing, and industrial process machinery. Uses include cleaning, securing, dusting and sealing. The two main strip brushes requested are a steel back strip brush or a punched in strip brush.

Roller Brushes

Roller Brushes can be manufactured for a variety of uses including cleaning, and polishing fruit and product, cleaning conveyor belts or sweeping machines.

A particular version of the roller brush is a punched roller segment brush. The major advantage with this system is its versatility and adaptability. Even under extreme conditions, the system guarantees a long life owing to outstanding quality and performance.

The single brush segments are assembled onto a tube to create the required face width. They are braced and fixed by means of a ring to both ends.

The exchange of worn brush segments is simple and furthermore, very economical as there is no downtime on the machine.

Boiler Brushes

Boiler brushes are great for cleaning and finishing internal diameters of pipes, carbon removal or de-burring internal keyways and grooves.

The brushes can be used in drill presses or portable tools for a fast efficient brushing action. A wide range of sizes and types are available for providing access to small, hard to reach, blind areas.
